Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of your order. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking via the email provided at checkout. Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control when the package arrives, please refer to your tracking info for delivery date. We do not offer refunds or replacements for late deliveries.


We do not accept returns. If your package is lost or damaged, a claim will be filed with the shipping provider. Claims cannot be filed for 15 days after ship date so refunds may take up to 2-4 weeks. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
